A George II parcel gilt side table with Egyptian porphyry top.

A pair of stools closely related to the table and also featuring elephant heads are now in a private collection in the USA. Although this is not confirmed, they may well belong together and form a suite.

The Egyptian porphyry top is a replacement to match the simulated porphyry base.
